Professional Profile
Darlene has been the Administrative Services Assistant to the Director of the School of Human Environmental Sciences/Assistant Director for Family and Consumer Sciences Extension since August 2005. From September 1981 to August 2005 she was the Administrative Support Associate to the Assistant Director for Family & Consumer Sciences Extension. In addition to serving as the Director's administrative assistant, Darlene also maintains personnel records. From November 1975 to November 1979 she worked as a Staff Support Associate with the Cooperative Extension Service District Directors Office.
Darlene and her husband, Donny, have two children and six beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, attending church and singing in the church choir. Vacationing in Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg are also favorite pastimes!
