Professional Profile
Bethany is a Senior Extension Associate for Nutrition Education for the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Nutrition Education Program. Prior to working with NEP, Bethany served for five years at the Agent for Horticulture Education in Jefferson County. She has also worked as a farm-to-table educator at other organizations including The Food Literacy Project, Berea College, The FARM Institute and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador.
Bethany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Centre College and an Masters degree in Community & Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky.
