Two student organizations in the School of Human Environmental Sciences are gearing up to host the third annual Color Me Spring Fashion Show. Sponsored by the Merchandising, Apparel and Textiles Club and the Hospitality Management Association, Color Me Spring provides a great opportunity to enjoy southern hospitality, see the fashion trends for spring, and support student participation in professional development opportunities. Funds generated through the annual fashion show provide support for students to attend state and national conferences as well as host guest speakers on-campus.
The Color Me Spring Fashion Show will be held April 19 at 6 p.m. in the E.S. Good Barn on the campus of the University of Kentucky. Several options are available for purchasing tickets for the event. Platinum reserved seating provides a table for 8, reserved parking passes, complementary beverage tickets and table favors. Cost is $300 before April 1st and $350 after April 1st. Gold reserved seating provides one ticket to the event with reserved table seating, a beverage ticket and table favors. Cost is $25 before April 1st and $30 after April 1st. Student tickets for general admission seating are available for $10 before April 1st and $15 after April 1st.
If you cannot attend the event, a new opportunity offers an option to support the student organizations. With a tax deductible contribution of $300, individuals and businesses will be recognized as Phantom Platinum Supporters. Those who contribute $25 will be recognized as Phantom Gold Supporters. In addition, the organizations welcome contributions of items for a silent auction.
