The School of Human Environmental Sciences is pleased to welcome three new members to our staff. We are excited to have these individuals join our team, and introduce them to you.
Stephanie Fisher joined Family and Consumer Sciences Extension as an administrative support associate in February 2012. She works with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program educational grant (SNAP-Ed). Stephanie brings to the position a wealth of experience gained through her 10 years as the Student Center Ticket Office Manager at UK. She holds a B.A. in Arts Administration from UK.
Tracy Cayson joined the Department of Nutrition and Food Science in March 2012 as a staff support associate. Tracy holds an associate's degree in accounting from National College of Business. She previously worked at UK in the Department of Radiation Safety and returns to the university after working 4 ½ years with the Salvation Army in Lexington.
Mary Santana joined Family and Consumer Sciences Extension as a staff support associate in March 2012. She works with the nutrition education programs. Mary has a B.A. in Music Education from Florida State University and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from University of South Florida. She comes to UK as a retired educator after 27 years of service to the Sarasota County School System.
