Scarlett Wesley, Assistant Professor in the Department of Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles, has been selected for the Inaugural Class of the Academy of Teaching and Learning Scholars Program. The purpose of this College of Agriculture Academy is to engage faculty members in the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Wesley is joined in the inaugural group my Tamara Cushing, Department of Forestry and Gregg Rentfrow, Department of Animal and Food Sciences. These three individuals will spend time during the next 12-18 months exploring teaching and learning formally, receiving and giving peer reviews of each other, and conducting action research on their teaching.
