I also teach a few nutrition classes throughout different departments of the hospital each week.”

“I use the Nutrition Care Process learned as a student and write nutrition PES (problem, etiology (cause), and signs and symptoms) statements several times every day as an intern.”

If you could share one piece of advice for other students in you major who are preparing to complete an internship what would it be?
Keep an open mind and take opportunities to try new things that challenge yourself.”
