Professional Profile

Jeannie Noble is a Nutrition Extension Specialist for the Nutrition Education Program at the University of Kentucky. Jeannie develops nutrition education curriculum to meet the needs of limited-resource individuals across the state of Kentucky. She also coordinates implementation of various curriculum across the state. Prior to this position, Jeannie worked as Senior Extension Associate, with roles on the CDC 1416 grant and the Regional Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Centers of Excellence grant. She first became involved in Extension when working on her thesis project, which served as the formative research for the Cook Together, Eat Together program. Jeannie obtained her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Master's Degree in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Kentucky.
