Dr. Adedokun leads program evaluation for UK Nutrition Education Program (NEP). She is an Assistant Extension Professor of Program Evaluation in the Department of Community and Leadership Development. She also serves as the Director of Extension and Engagement Evaluation for UK Cooperative Extension Services. Dr. Adedokun leads statewide Extension program evaluation efforts and provides technical guidance, trainings, and resources to build (and sustain) the capacity of UK Extension specialists and agents to identify, measure and report robust outcomes and impact of their programs. Her areas of expertise include evaluation capacity building, program development and evaluation, implementation science and the practical applications of rigorous quantitative and qualitative research designs and advanced statistical methods to Extension program evaluation. Dr. Adedokun’s interests focus on collective impact evaluation; complexity of designs and measurement in Extension program evaluation; development of robust measures of the cognitive, affective, behavioral, economic, and social outcomes of Extension programs; and understanding the intertwined factors that mediate and moderate Extension program impact.
