Professional Biography
Carla serves as Agriculture Extension Specialist: Director for the Kentucky Coalition for Responsible Alcohol and Substance Misuse Education (RASME) Program. Carla provides relevant, evidence-based information and skills that promote healthy, sustainable communities. She has expertise in curriculum development, group facilitation, health & wellness, parenting, advocacy and more.
When she isn’t working Carla, enjoys being creative through writing, photography and painting. She also enjoys exploring the great outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.
