Professional Biography
Bethany has worked for University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension since 2016. She started as the Agent for Horticulture Education in Jefferson County before moving into the Nutrition Education Program. She has also worked as a farm-to-table educator at other organizations including The Food Literacy Project, Berea College, The FARM Institute. Bethany served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador.
Bethany's current work focuses on support policies, systems and environments that increase access to locally grown foods for limited resource Kentuckians.
