Sarah Brandl is an Extension Specialist with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program and the SNAP-Ed Program at the University of Kentucky. She serves as the nutrition coordinator for training for both programs. She is located in eastern Kentucky at the Robinson center for appalachian sustainability in Breathitt County.
Sarah began her career as Family and Consumer Sciences/4-H Agent in Lee County Kentucky. She worked in the two agent county for 10 years.
Sarah is an active member of Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP) and the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (NEAFCS). Awards received include the Distinguished Service Award from NEAFCS and the State Mid-Career Award from ESP.
