Professional Profile

Ms. Plonski has 15 years of experience in the field of program evaluation, working in settings including education (early childhood through adult learners), healthcare and non-profits. She has proficiencies in quantitative and qualitative methodologies and experience in research design, data collection and analysis and report writing. She prefers participatory evaluation models and mixed-methods approaches.

Ms. Plonski enjoys research and evaluation and has been a member of the American Evaluation Association since 2002. She is also interested in environmental conservation and is an active board member of the Central Kentucky Audubon Society.
